TESTIMONIALS

"We use the qPCRBIO Probe Mix for genomic and bacterial DNA quantification: qPCRBIO SyGreen Mix Lo-ROX and qPCRBIO Probe Mix Lo-ROX; both are great! We have tested the qPCRBIO SYGREEN Mix Lo-ROX on the Abi Prism 7500, achieving excellent results thanks to its high sensitivity. Instead, the qPCRBIO Probe Mix Lo-ROX has been tested with two different instruments (Abi Prism 7500 and ViiA7) and the results obtained were comparable. High efficiency and functionality; it works well on ViiA7 using a fast mode, and it is surely superior to other Master Mixes produced by other companies that have been tested in our lab. We are completely satisfied with the quality of both Master Mixes and we definitely recommend to buy them".

“I used the PCR Bio product for mice genotyping during the generation of a colony knock out of a specific gene. This product allows to significantly reduce the time needed for the extraction of DNA from tail tips of mice. Thanks to the excellent quality of the extracted DNA I also obtained excellent results from the subsequent PCR (clear and distinct bands), allowing me to genotype the mice with accuracy”.

"Coffalyser.NET, that I have started using some years ago, has really speeded up my MLPA data analysis and interpretation. In fact, the software itself is able to detect and to highlight any kind of problem and abnormality in the samples or in the run. The graphical representation of the results is very clear and intuitive. The powerful statistical analysis and the CE IVD certification represent an additional value to the final report, especially in case of diagnostic applications. Furthermore, you can also analyze other probes that had been added to a commercial kit or some data obtained by home-made kit".

“I was quite impressed with the updated version of Coffalyser.NET. With the new interface, it is easier to identify and solve problems of the single MLPA experiments. The possible solutions are displayed in a simple sentence. I got better results of the analysis with the ABI310 sequencer with FMRS scores.”

"I confirm that the new Coffalyser.NET is very easy-to-use. I can analyze the data much faster compared to previous versions. It provides more information on the single samples and it has been useful in many cases in which the traditional method of analysis did not appear as sensitive”.

“With the support of both Resnova and MRC-Holland, we are able to obtain an accurate interpretation of MLPA data and reliable results also from the statistical point of view. In general I am very happy with this new software and I am ready to learn any updates that will be made”.

“I tested the Top Tips filter tips in parallel with other filter tips (brand G.) with two different types of dye (one denser than the other) to reproduce the test you suggested in the brochure. The less dense dye did not show any problems with both brands of filter tips. Howver, when I used the denser dye the difference is enormous: the G. filter tip walls have retained the dye on the inner surface, and I was forced to pipette up and down to remove all the volume. With the Top Tips plus I did not have any problems: the dye was dropped immediately, at the first attempt. In my opinion the result was very encouraging. I will talk to my colleagues so that they can also evaluate the filter tips themselves. We will then discuss internally for an order at the institute level”.
